BOMA International has mandated that BOMA FTL/PB must put all Associate and Additional Associate Members (Vendors) on a waiting list until further notice.  Thank you for your understanding while we balance the ratio of Property Managers and Associate Members.

Conditions of Membership:

The Association attempts to maintain a ratio of regular members and associate members.  I understand my membership approval may be delayed if the desired ratio is not being met.

Being a BOMA Member carries the responsibility of maintaining adequate insurance and mandatory licenses (required by your discipline).

Before approval I understand I must attend the BOMA orientation (offered the first Thursday of each month) before approval.  All dates are on the "calendar of events" (click on the words calendar of events, not the drop down special event menues underneath the calendar tab).  You can sort by orientation.

It is strongly suggested that you attend at least three events a year to keep you membership status active for the following year.  The Board reserves the right to suspend membership if three events a year are not attended.  Events count as any BOMA activity offered on our calendar of events (ie: meetings, education, golf tournament, TOBY Awards and socials).

Dues are non-refundable.  Membership can be revoked if conduct is unbusiness like during BOMA events or if any of the "rules" are broken that are discussed at orientation. 

As the approved member of your firm you are liable for all outstanding invoices.

You will be notified after all conditions are met and your membership is approved and activated. 

All prices include a $10 optional BOMA Florida PAC (Political Action Committee) which is a voluntary, non-profit, unicorporated group whose membership is comprised of those individuals who have a vested interest in issues affecting office space and building in the state of Florida.  The goal is to help pro-business and pro-commercial real estate legislative candidates in Florida to get elected and serve.  Contributions to BOMA Florida PAC are not tax deductible and cannot be claimed as a business expense.  If you would like to opt out please call the BOMA office (561) 395-6664 and we will arrange a $10 credit on file.
